(Please Note – THIS IS NOT A REAL ADDRESS, this address will put you directly into our parking lot, and our office is on the 5th Floor of the four story brick and glass building). If needed, there are additional parking spaces in the underground parking garage below the building with elevator access to our office**

Traveling to the Teaneck office from the North (Dumont Area):

  1.  Travel South on Washington Avenue heading towards Route 4
  2. Continue traveling South, Washington Avenue turns into Teaneck Road
  3. You will pass Teaneck Fire Department on the left
  4.  BEFORE the Route 4/Teaneck Road Intersection, keep RIGHT for Route 4 West/Garden State Parkway and travel up ramp
  5.  (YOU WILL NEVER TRAVEL ON ROUTE 4 WEST) while traveling up ramp, TURN INTO THE 2ND DRIVEWAY ON YOUR RIGHT IMMEDIATELY BEFORE ROUTE 4 West so that you enter parking lot for 1086 Teaneck Road.
  6.  Our office is located in the 5-story brick/glass building. Please park in any of the visitor parking spaces and take elevator up to the 5th Floor. (If needed, there are additional parking spaces in the underground parking garage below the building with elevator access to our office)

Traveling to the Teaneck office from the South (Ridgefield Park area):

  1. Travel Teaneck Road heading North towards Route 4
  2. You will pass Holy Name Hospital, which will be on your left
  3. Continue North on Teaneck Road. Travel under Route 4 and make LEFT at 1st traffic light onto Selvage Avenue (Teaneck Nursing Center will be on the left hand corner and Church of St. Anastasia will be on the right hand corner)
  4.  Make 1st LEFT onto Katherine Street which leads directly into our parking lot for 1086 Teaneck Road.
  5.  Our office is located in the 5-story brick/glass building. Please park in any of the visitor parking spaces and take elevator up to the 5th Floor. (If needed, there are additional parking spaces in the underground parking garage below the building with elevator access to our office)

Traveling to the Teaneck office from the East (George Washington Bridge):

  1. Once traveling off of the George Washington Bridge and arriving in NJ, you will be traveling for about 4 miles before the necessary exit.
  2. Travel Route 4 West and follow signs for Teaneck Road/Bergenfield (NOT Teaneck Road/Ridgefield Park)
  3. Take Teaneck Road/Bergenfield exit. Tavel down ramp and merge onto Teaneck Road heading North.
  4.  Make LEFT at 1st traffic light onto Selvage Avenue (Teaneck Nursing Center will be on the left hand corner and Church of St. Anastasia will be on the right hand corner)
  5.  Make 1st LEFT onto Katherine Street, which leads directly into our parking lot

Traveling to the Teaneck office from the West (Route 4 & Garden State Parkway Area):

  1. From Route 4 & Garden State Parkway intersection (by Garden State Plaza Mall), travel Route 4 East for approximately 4.5 miles.
  2. Route 4 East will merge 3 lanes down to 2 lanes. After the merge to 2 lanes, look for Teaneck Road/Ridgefield Park/Bergenfield exit sign
  3. Take Teaneck Road/Bergenfield exit (NOT Teaneck Road/Ridgefield Park)
  4. Stay RIGHT down ramp and merge onto Teaneck Road heading North (travel under Route 4)
  5. Get into left lane and make LEFT at 1st traffic light onto Selvage Avenue (Teaneck Nursing Center will be on the left hand corner and Church of St. Anastasia will be on the right hand corner)
  6.  Make 1st LEFT onto Katherine Street, which leads directly into our parking lot
